★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. I went in to get an oil change. They checked the oil and said the oil was still in good condition and that I would be good for another 1000 km. They didn't charge me anything and sent me on my way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service excellence has been provided to me. Whilst doing my oil change the employee accidentally broke my dipstick. Other employees came to help remove the metal piece stuck inside to no avail. They asked me to return on Monday when their service manager was in and after another hour they did managed to get the piece out but did not have a replacement part on hand. They custom ordered me the part and replaced it for free. All of the employees that I dealt with were awesome, they never got frustrated they just kept working with a smile on their face. I am a very happy customer and will return. It is the GREAT Canadian Oil Change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most polite and professional place to get a quick oil change. Staff have great customer service skills, with exceptional manners that you rarely experience anywhere these days. They advise of items that need attention without any high pressure tactics.
Not cheap-but on par with others at $90 for full synthetic oil and filter change. They usually have coupons available if you google it.
I don’t go anywhere else-years of consistent positive experiences keep me coming back.

The attendants present put me completely at ease with their professionalism, knowledge and kindness.
The service was impeccable and everyone was absolutely accommodating and went the extra mile for everything. I even appreciated their ability to remain as attentive and ready to serve even as I pulled up to the garage doors at 6:55.
That small gesture has made it that I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and fully intend to use their services exclusively from here on out. Thank you for making my visit so memorable. 10/10
