★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a really terrible experience with an older female employee with short grey hair. She was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked her for help finding a product. She wasn’t wearing a real mask either, just a small plastic shield that only covered her mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, for a small dollar store the shelves were super full and lots of items different than other dollar stores. Just all round great dollar store. Lots of hand sanitizers and masks on hand if you happen to be looking for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff at the store. While one staff member was very aggressively explaining why she only had her mouth covered, the other staff member, who wasn't wearing a mask at all just a plastic shield, kept saying in a loud voice "You don't have to explain!" That was followed up with "Maybe we should close for the day" and from the first staff member "Maybe we should close the store". Yes, if that is your attitude towards the provincial health orders, perhaps you should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Great Canadian Dollar Store in the Brookswood area is nice. The prices range from $ 1.59 upwards. The staff are friendly and accommodating if you are looking for something within the store they just don't point they will show you were the items are in the aisles. They have a fantastic selection of balloons and they also will make up balloon bouquets of your choosing and to your price range. They have cold pop and a good selection of Candy too.
