No disappointment at all. They have some good local craft beers also.
Definitely would come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a solo traveler and hiker. I like to stay in Canmore vs Banff…not just because this place is more affordable in general, but because of the people. You also get a wholesome feel of what local life is about. If this type of experience is what you’re looking for, “The Graze“ should be your #1 stop.
I arrived at Graze before noon so I imagined it would be rather slow. Turns out this place was packed! (Literally every table was taken… woah!) I was greeted at the door by Logan and because it was just me. He asked for my preference first and then sat me at the bar. Loved that!
It’s one of the first places open early morning in Canmore that serves both drinks and a DAMN good breakfast! So, tbh if you are a group of 2+ and you want a good seat I’d suggest getting here before 10am.
I suggest asking for Martha as a server. She’s phenomenal. The service all around is 100%.
Five stars without a doubt!!!

Had the blackened salmon tacos, which were delicious, and the Chaat Masala, which was incredible, highly recommend both of them.
If you do order the tacos, they will be served on a chickpea tortilla, which to be honest, tasted kinda strange. Ask for flour if you’re not keen on trying new things unexpectedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have a good experience here. The service was good, but the food was terrible. We got spring rolls as a starter and the plate also included all the remnants from the deep fryer. Random fries and pieces of batter all over the plate. The kitchen could not have missed those things, they just decided to leave it all on the plate after seeing it. The spring rolls themselves were nothing special. For our mains, I got the squash and avocado salad and my partner got the keto bowl. His bowl was a tiny portion that consisted of super dry meat (didn’t know you could make pork belly dry) and frozen veggies with little to no cauliflower rice. My salad had so little of anything but arugula in it. Do not recommend this place, super chintzy portions with no flavour that aren’t worth the price. Photo below shows my salad exactly how it arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finished my burger and walked straight to the kitchen in the back and said “thank you for making the best burger I’ve had since I came to Canada.” If you’re a meat lover, the Game Changer burger (beef patty, beef brisket, and baked brie cheese topped with bbq sauce) will hands down be one of the greatest burgers you’ve ever had. 11/10 experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start out by saying the staff was amazing and did the very best they could on a busy Saturday morning.
We loved the option of sitting outside and enjoying the nice weather (and all the friendly doggos!) while we ate.
Unfortunately the food left a little to be desired - my Canadian Eh! Came out lukewarm unfortunately and was a little one note.
My wife had the vegan bean burrito and enjoyed it.
All and all we will likely try again - everyone has an off day.
Thank you Graze for taking the time to serve us, best of luck in these trying times. We’ll see you again next time.
