Great flowy mountain bike trails. Trail Dweller is perfect trail for all skills, with fun optional kickers and well built berms. Thornstar is a fantastic progression trail to work on gap jumps.

Mountain biking trails are great. A very beginner friendly Hill with fairly short and doible climb. Good for family rides or just doing laps.

Great hike with the hound - lots of trails to choose from. Thank goodness for Haney Horseman's club for their continual maintenance of the trails (no, am not affiliated, just appreciate their hard work.) Be prepared to sweat, and wear good solid shoes, this is not a place you want to twist an ankle. Parking is minimal, side of road only. Only improvement that would make a big difference is garbage cans...

My wife and I went for a hiking on top of the hill for two hours, and it was so beautiful up there enjoying the fresh breeze while hiking, we did some short cut and almost got lost, I used my gps to guide us to where we started safely. We started going east and going south on the marked path. When we were at the non hiking path by short cutting hiking on paths that created by others; there were not signs where we were going. So to get out of it, we headed west and south where we came. Finally we got out arrived where we had started. ( Beware of bears!) should walk in groups or have bear spray and bear bell). Dated December 9th, 2019.

The climb up the road is a grind, but the downhill although short, makes it worth it. Thornstar, Flo rider and rip and dip are favorites

This trail is very hard to walk. The trail itself is not too long, but has many narrow paths, ups and downs, and also many rocks that you could easily trip on. The huge forest that the trail goes through seems very gloomy to my daughter. I do not recommend it for children and families.

Nice bike and running trails. Nothing quite as intense as North Van but enough to get your fix. Lots of flow. Beginner friendly, but also some intermediate and expert options. You can do a full circuit of OSR, ThornStar, and Trail Dweller in about an hour. Walking trails are also nice. Some better than others. Thornhill Grind, along with some of the horse trails like George’s are good for a run. No real views from up top, but the sun is nice in the mornings and evenings coming through the trees.
