★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaires avec cette compagnie car ils étaient les seuls à avoir la couleur de granite qu'on voulait au Québec. Pour le produit en tant que tel, on a été super content. Ce qu'on reproche c'est le gros manque de professionnalisme et très mauvais service à la clientèle. Personnel bête et arrogant, aucune assistance. Nous avons même reçu un courriel ne nous étant clairement pas destiné, qui parlait contre nous!!
We did business with this company because they were the only ones to have the granite color we wanted in Quebec. For the product as such, we were very happy. Our complaint is the gross lack of professionalism and very poor customer service. Dumb and arrogant staff, no assistance. We even received an email that was clearly not intended for us, which spoke against us !!

Avant de trouver la compagnie Granite MC, j'ai dû faire pas moins de 10 appels à diverses compagnies qui me disaient qu'il n'y avait rien à faire pour réparer mon comptoir et que je devais le changer complètement.
J'étais donc surprise, mais heureuse, quand j'ai su qu'il y avait quelque chose à faire pour réparer le tout avec l'aide de vos services.
Je tiens à souligner le travail exceptionnel que le technicien à fait sur mon comptoir de Quartz. Étant donné que 10 entreprises m'avaient avisées qu'il n'y avait rien à faire pour réparer mon Quartz, je comprenais et j'acceptais que le résultat final ne soit pas parfait.
Le technicien était à l'heure et très aimable et qu'elle ne fût pas ma surprise de voir mon comptoir comme neuf après la réparation, un vrai magicien. Le comptoir de ma vanité de salle de bain est plus beau après la réparation que lors de son achat et il n'y a AUCUNE démarcation, ni vu ni connu, comme si rien ne s'était passé.
J'étais aux anges! Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme, mais mille fois merci au technicien qui a su faire des miracles avec ma vanité.
J'espère qu'il n'y aura pas d'autre réparation, mais sachez que si un autre accident arrive je saurais qui contacter !
Je vous recommande vivement Granite MC. !

I contacted Granite MC for the repair of my Quartz countertop which had been damaged by a chemical product.
Before finding the Granite MC company, I had to make no less than 10 calls to various companies telling me that there was nothing to be done to repair my counter and that I had to change it completely.
So I was surprised, but happy, when I knew that there was something to be done to fix it all with the help of your services.
I would like to underline the exceptional work that the technician did on my Quartz counter. Since 10 companies had notified me that there was nothing that could be done to repair my Quartz, I understood and accepted that the end result was not perfect.
The technician was on time and very friendly and it was not my surprise to see my counter as new after the repair, a real magician. My bathroom vanity counter looks better after repair than when it was purchased and there is NO demarcation, neither seen nor known, as if nothing had happened.
I was thrilled! Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism, but a thousand thanks to the technician who was able to work miracles with my vanity.
I hope there will be no further repairs, but know that if another accident happens I will know who to contact!
I highly recommend Granite MC. !

Je fait actuellement affaire avec eux pour des comptoirs en granites noir. J'avais un doute sur la faisabilité de mon projet mais Marie-Ève à pris le temps de répondre et me rassurer.
J'ai hâte de pouvoir vous revenir concernant le résultat final (qualité et installation) mais si tout va comme présentement, j'ai aucun doute qu'il sera excellent!

Les comptoirs sont installé, ils sont magnifique, les installateurs ont bien travaillé et ont ramassé/balayé avant de partir.
Je suis très satisfait de leur service et produit et je vais le recommander chaudement.

I am currently dealing with them for black granite countertops. I had doubts about the feasibility of my project but Marie-Ève took the time to answer and reassure me.
I can't wait to get back to you regarding the final result (quality and installation) but if everything goes as it does now, I have no doubt that it will be excellent!

The counters are set up, they are beautiful, the installers did a good job and picked up / swept before leaving.
I am very satisfied with their service and product and will highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous n'avons jamais été conseillé, ni informé, l'installation à été faite à l'envers. Les comptoirs blancs ont été installés avec les marques de commerces noires apparentes. Aucun polissage sous le comptoir de l'îlot. Le service après vente est nul et absent. Il ne travaille pas pour leur client. Coût très élevé pour un produit de base qualité. Je vous déconseille fortement de travailler avec cette compagnie.
We have never been advised or informed, the installation was done backwards. The white counters were installed with visible black trade marks. No polishing under the counter of the island. The after-sales service is null and absent. It does not work for their client. Very high cost for a quality basic product. I strongly advise against working with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience, les compoirs devaient être installés en 2 semaines mais pas en stock, donc ils les commandent, delais de 3 semaines. On m'appelle enfin pour l'installation, je defait mes ancien comptoirs, mais à l'installation le gars qui installent me dit on a pas ton îlot. Je rappelle la compagnie pour savoir que finalement ils l'ont échappé à la production et ne m'ont jamais averti, à l'avoir su j'aurais pas enlevé mes anciens. Donc reparti pour 1 mois on recommande parce que forcément ils avaient juste commandé les quantités ben juste. Puis depuis plus de nouvelles...??? je déconseille fortement
Very bad experience, the counters had to be installed in 2 weeks but not in stock, so they order them, 3 weeks delay. They finally call me for the installation, I undo my old counters, but during the installation the guy who installs tells me we don't have your island. I call the company back to find out that they finally slipped it from production and never told me, had I known I wouldn't have removed my old ones. So left for 1 month we recommend because necessarily they had just ordered the right quantities. Then since more news...??? I strongly advise against

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Please read until the end as there are two parts to this issue. We had granite countertops installed 6 years ago. At first everything appeared to be fine however, we recently discovered multiple cracks along the sides of the counters. A small PLASTIC popcorn bowl was dropped on the edge of the counter and a fairly large piece of granite broke off. Had we dropped something much heavier or metallic I would not expect the company to do anything about it however, the bowl was so light and plastic I was utterly shocked to see the size of the piece of granite that broke off. I even sent them a picture of the bowl to put things into perspective.
We contacted Granite MC looking for a solution to this problem and we were told that because it was physical damage they could not do anything about this. Absolutely no solution was proposed the closest they came to a solution was:
"It’s not an easy repair to do and it won’t look good even after working on it for hours.
This is not something we want to work on as we can guaranty the results.
If you really want us to try to fix it, the cost will be 300$ + taxes and we will have to do 2 visits to complete the work.
Again, the piece will be glued but the result won’t look good."
So basically we were given two options, have them come and do a crappy repair job for $300 + or have a cracked counter top.
PART 2- Green Bloom
On a completely separate piece of granite we noticed some green developing on one of the corners. It appears to be spreading. After doing research we discovered that this happens when the granite was not sealed properly during installation.
When we brought this up with Granite MC they simply acknowledged that this shouldn't happen but again said there was nothing they can do.
