★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was short changed by Sandor on purpose because I wouldn't give him my pin# for my debit card. Grandview should be grateful that customers want to support them in these difficult times rather than take advantage of them.I won't be back in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to Grandview and I am 100% impressed, extremely knowledgeable staff and super super super friendly. Prices are very good compared to any other bird seed store. Will never go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable service one more example of why I like to shop at the mom and pop local establishments....btw his prices are more than competitive. Just to add a tid bit to bring everyone up to pandemic speed. Like every other business during this pandemic, it is a learning curve for the fine staff at Grandview, but it is still our go to place in town for our bird feed, and our lawn care products.

And, if you have concerns about your lawn, just ask. It worked for me!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices but a little too judgmental. It's too bad as I do try to support local businesses. I go mainly for the black oil sunflower seeds for my woodpecker who comes to my yard daily. Due to recent surgeries (plural) I am unable to lift or carry the amount I buy home.. so I use my shopping buggy. On numerous occasions i.e. the last several times I was there, the cashier harangued me about using a cart for the amount of supply I bought. As the Customer I go there to find good prices and to be served efficiently & politely, not to be belittled for the method I must use to bring my purchases home. I almost just don't want to go there anymore. If I need to switch to a big chain store like Canadian Tire or Wally I guess I'll have to!~ Too bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandor and Theresa couldn't be nicer and more knowledgeable. Grandview is one of the most trustworthy businesses in Brantford and I can't recommend them enough. With the drive even if you don't live in Brantford - this place rocks.
