Nice course. Greens in good shape. Long holes with no shortage of opportunity to put ball in bush though fairways are wide. Nice that they have premium beer in cart, like smithwicks. Location so handy by the beaches.

Update on this course 2021 it was back to the beautiful course I remember. Well done 2021 Unfortunately this course was so dry the fairways were in terrible shape. The greens were great. This course could be amazing if they took some time to water the fairways.

I was very unimpressed with the staff. My wife had a low blood sugar episode at hole 8, so we stopped to eat and get her sugars back up to continue the last nine. After eating and completing the 9th hole we reached the clubhouse. A staff member scolded us for allowing 4 groups of golfers to pass us instead of making them wait (outdoor temperature at 10am was 27 celcius and minimal wind). The staff member stated "we don't do that here." Then stated due to covid-19 we are not allowed to let people pass. This was not explained to us nor was it advertised. On their score card it states to allow faster players to pass. (we are also beginners, takes longer to complete). When we finally reached the end on the 18th hole. We were approached by the same employee, upset we allowed another group to pass us. Then tried to make small talk as he knew we clearly irritated. The other group was an elderly couple and out of respect and due to the high heat. We agreed to allow them to pass. (All covid regulations were maintained) Then when we dropped the cart off, a different employee angrily told us to move the cart to a different location "it needs to be cleaned due to covid, park it over there". We know it needs to be cleaned, however we were never told were to park the cart and there was no signs to help guide the patrons on where to park the "dirty carts", so we parked it were the other carts were from previous person. (This person was not scolded). We cleaned out the garbage and my wife gave it a quick wipe with sanitization wipes. The golf course itself was extremely wet, needed rubber boots instead of golf shoes. This is where I choose to spend my 41st birthday as we had never golfed here before and it is close to home. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment we received! People in my community spoke negatively about how they were treated in the past. We choose to give the place a chance and base our return on our experience. I can guarantee. I will NOT be returning due feeling like I was not wanted there and like I was doing something terrible wrong. I will definitely be sharing experience others.

Really nice course. Not a single bad hole on the course. Nice to see a country course make the effort and hire a good architect to make sure the course is done right from the beginning. The course was in good condition and the green where very good. Maybe a little on the slow side but in really good shape. To be fair they had had a lot of rain the pervious few days so they where a bit on the soft side. This course is really good value for your buck and I look forward to playing it again

It's a very scenic drive to play this challenging, forest-lined and reasonably priced golf course. Depending on your choice of 4 tee boxes, it can be very difficult to score low here; the greens are very large, undulating and roll quick - but very fair and consistent. After golf, nearby Lake Winnipeg offers some world class beaches and campgrounds. This is a tee box view of one of the par 3s. Enjoy!

Had a great round of golf there. Greens were in great shape and everything was so green. Very plush greens, had to land on the green as there was no roll on any of the fairways. Very friendly staff.

Weather was nice. I wasn't impressed with the par 3 hole 14th. It looks so runned down. Clean it up a bit..looking pretty shabby. Other then that..it's a good course. Very challenging from the blues. Would have given 5 stars but the 14th is pretty ugly view. Felt like being on a different course.
