No longer had need for the storage unit and customer service was excellent while helping close the account.
Would do business with again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the Grand Park Self Storage facility located on 3880 Grand Park Drive in Mississauga. I am renting an 8x10 storage unit and have been a customer since 2006. During all this time, I have always found the onsite staff to be very professional, courteous and pleasant. They do their best to accommodate the customers. Any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and thoroughly. The facility is located in a residential rather than industrial area and is close to shopping and many amenities. The facility is pleasant to visit. It is very well maintained by the onsite staff and it is always kept in a clean and orderly condition.

Storage and grounds are kept extreamly clean and you can see it from the photo i uploaded.
The security is great too! Access gate is simple to use and constantly monitored. So you'll feel safe to leave your belongs there.

Jolene and Pam, the office team, were really helpful and got the rental done quickly for us, which we needed due to a large renovation project! Thank you Grand Park Storage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you say CLEAN!?! Pam and Jolene are great and facility is so well run.
I looked at seven different storage places in the neighbourhood and most were FILTHY at best.
I settled on Grand Park because the day I was there a guy was mopping the floors. After seeing all of the other facilities I was basically giving up until I saw Grand Park........SIGN ME UP.
More expensive than the others, but for a few bucks more, you get CLEAN, SAFE, and WELL RUN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pam made securing a storage unit a very easy experience. The units are well kept, clean, temperature controlled and secured. Access is constantly monitored so you can rest easy your belongings are safe.
You pay a slight premium over the competition but you get what you pay for, unrivaled service and great facilities.
