★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this facility on Saturday to drop off a Card for a resident. LPN came and said I needed permission from this person's Sister who lives in Saskatchewan to give her this card. I have contacted Global News regarding this lady having no rights with out her sisters permission to even receive mail. I think there is something seriously wrong with a facility that won't allow a resident to receive mail and it is forwarded directly to her sister in another province. Very Angry Visitor.
