★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low income seniors housing co-operative as in member owned and operated. Good condition with many recent improvement s. Income ceiling keeps this cost based building available for seniors of modest to low means. Well managed by live in caretakers. Good quiet neighborhood with limited parking both on street and off. Weekends and evenings have relaxed parking restrictions and widely available spots. Grocery store options are somewhat limited and only one or two are in reasonable walking distance. Driving options are much more complete within 10 minutes. Doctors hospitals and sundry other medical services are quite convenient. City buses stop less than a block away. 2 parks within a block or so offer good open spaces for walks and reflection.
