★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Ai appelé ce matin et cet après-midi, le technicien Olivier Valiquette est venu faire la réparation. L'eau de ma thermopompe coulait à l'extérieur et dégoutait sur le revêtement de la maison. Un grand merci à Olivier, professionnel et sympathique. J'avais déjà fait affaires auparavant avec Grand'Maison pour l'achat d'une thermopompe Fujitsu pour une ancienne propriété et j'avais été également très satisfaite. Cette fois-ci, cela concernait un appareil déjà installé par un autre entrepreneur. Merci pour l'excellent service. :-)
 Excellent service. Called this morning and this afternoon, the technician Olivier Valiquette came to do the repair. The water from my heat pump was running outside and dripping on the siding of the house. A big thank you to Olivier, professional and friendly. I had already done business with Grand'Maison for the purchase of a Fujitsu heat pump for an old property and I was also very satisfied. This time it concerned a device already installed by another contractor. Thanks for the great service. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermopompe installée aujourd'hui. Lucian et Olivier ont vraiment fait un travail professionnel. Nous sommes très satisfaits et 5 étoiles ne sont pas trop pour eux. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis en confiance avec eux.
Heat pump installed today. Lucian and Olivier really did a professional job. We are very satisfied and 5 stars is not too much for them. We really felt confident with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait installer une thermopompe Fujitsu il y a 2 ans et malheureusement, une bacterie a infecte le systeme ayant pour consequences que ma conjointe et moi avons eprouve de serieux probleme de sante. A l'origine, nous avions cru bon de faire affaires avec une entreprise locale qui avait une excellente reputation depuis de tres nombreuses annees dans notre region. Nous avons trouve avec les gestionnaires de "climatisation Grandmaison" une solution au probleme (non pas sans avoir "discute") qui honore vraiment cette excellente entreprise. (ils ont pris charge des travaux qui s'elevaient quand meme a un montant important....assurement plus de $1,000). Leur professionalisme, leur respect et leur approche humaine du dossier les honore vraiment et nous avons compris que de les choisir pour installer notre thermopompe a l'origine (de preference a des concurrents un peu moins cheres....genre Costco) avait ete une excellente decision! Je vous encourage a aller vers eux.....ils seront la si vous avez des problemes! Merci beaucoup! Georges Lemieux
We had a Fujitsu heat pump installed 2 years ago and unfortunately, bacteria infected the system causing my wife and I to have serious health problems. Originally, we saw fit to do business with a local company that had had an excellent reputation for many years in our region. We found with the managers of "Grandmaison air conditioning" a solution to the problem (not without having "discussed") which really honors this excellent company. (they took charge of the work which nevertheless amounted to a significant amount .... assuredly over $ 1,000). Their professionalism, their respect and their human approach to the file really honors them and we understood that to choose them to install our heat pump at the origin (preferably to competitors a little less expensive .... like Costco) had been a excellent decision! I encourage you to go to them ..... they will be there if you have any problems! Thank you very much! Georges lemieux

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand'Maison ne respecte pas ses prix et ses clients.cer hiver on annonce un nettoyage de thermopompe à 150$ et lorsqu'on vous appelle on dit que ça coûte 195$.Aller voir d'autre compagnie qui vous respecte.
Grand'Maison does not respect its prices and its customers. In winter, a heat pump cleaning is announced at $150 and when they call you, they say it costs $195. Go see another company that respects you.
