โ โ โ โ โ This is a late post as we found ourselves hosting so many get together parties since the reno of our kitchen and the whole main floor! We are super thankful to have found Grand Design Build for our project. Arash and his team is one of the nicest, most professional and hardworking crew we've ever worked with. They were able to work on our home earlier than expected so they actually went over and above with helping us moved some of our furniture before the demolition started. They were early on the job every day and left everything in swept up condition at the end of day that we could technically have stayed for the whole duration of the work. Best of all, they finished the work in less than the amount of time we expected and just in time before the kids went back to school. We really have nothing but praise for this company and we look forward to working with them again in the future:)
We've displayed their sign outside our home for over a month as we are happy to recommend and refer them anytime.

To begin with, they are the nicest guys! they are so patient even when i constantly was asking questions and wanting to know everything. Second, they are very honest and professional. The team is very responsible, punctual, knowledgeable and always available to explain the process and answer questions I believe every homeowner will have throughout the project.
