★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has no way of making a personal order in a timely fashion... Even standing at the counter I am told to wait 2-3hrs for "processing"... When my tool that I needed is in stock... there are other options for 99% of my needed items so I rarely shop here due to the inconvenience of driving 30min to the city 2x everytime I need something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a personal cash order to be shipped to Ontario and gave them full and complete shipping instructions. Only the street address was put on the package and the courier returned it to the store for reshipment. This time the order was held in Kitchener ON but I wasn't told what was going on and had to call the store for a courier name and tracking number. Called the courier and gave them full and complete shipping instructions but still the parcel did not arrive. Phoned the courier again and repeated info; courier called Kitchener outlet and updated them. When the parcel arrived it had TWO extra labels stuck on top, had been opened and resealed with tape and staples and looked as if it had survived a war. My name was spelled wrong as was the street name. I am thankful that it arrived at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest main issue with this company is that you CAN'T call direct to the store to ask a question instead you get tele marketers and NO ONE wants to chat with these type of people it's really sad that they closed many stores which makes this business a non personal business now it used to be awesomeness to go to the store it used be be great to phone direct and ask questions they could answer right away now it's not worth the wait anymore Gregg's has stayed personal and that's why they will survive through thick and thin times so sad it had to be this way instore visit always great but for those that dont live in the city we like to phone direct and not waste fuel if the store doesn't have what we need oh well used to be a great business now well you see you're reveiws
