★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the website is helpful and key to getting product when I need it. My account manager is quick. Seems the days of branches having tons of stock is long gone but it's everywhere. Must better service than the cheap discount places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infuriating company to deal with. I email in purchase orders that go unfulfilled/ordered. I have to chase them just to get orders I have placed acknowledged, let alone sent to me.
Avoid this company if possible.

I was trying to inquire about a product from there website, and I was abruptly told that what is on their website and what is in store varies greatly. Followed by that the product i was trying to look for he knows they wouldn't carry. There was no help in trying find if they have something similar or even an offer to order a product in for me. I didn't even have time to finish describing the product I was looking for before i was cut off. Its almost as if they didn't want my business.
