★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this location all the time they charge $3 for eyebrow threading, the days they aren't busy they charge $6 for eyebrow threading which is $3 more from the regular price, this isn't something good there doing you don't charge ppl more money just because the business is dead that day. This is karma, God doesn't sleep that's not something you do when u own a business people remember that and would never recommend this locaton. The Prices AREN'T STANDARD and they charge you base on judgement. They also don't do a good job, very poor quality & sanitation. APPARENTLY the employees that work here charge extra to pocket the money for themselves, I have seen them put change in their pocket before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my highlights done at Gracelook Beauty salon,Very pleased with the service. I am very happy with my new look. I have been going to Gracelook Beauty Salon for other services for years and have never been disappointed. I wanted to change my look before Christmas so went and discussed with the staff and she gave me a few suggestions that would suit me. I am very happy that I went with her suggestion. The result is a happy customer :-D Getting a gift card for my sister too ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible if I had a chance to not give any star i would have done that . Even 1 star is a lot.. I went for a haircut and the lady did not even wash my hair, did not detangle my hair and I asked her to suggest what type of style would be good for my hair and the lady simply just gave me a blunt cut. Horrible, never ever would I go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow well, ladies please a request, do read this before u head there! And don’t go especially during the evening times or near their closing time. I have had such a bad experience with them. I wanted to get full body wax and I did ask them if I should any other time they did let me in, but when I left with wax all around my body, around different body parts as well! Really worse place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place . I went there for first time for threading and there was a lady speaking in hindi . Instead of doing eyebrows she took her off flesh from my eyebrows on both side and made my look worst . Please don’t go there.Go there only if u want to waste ur money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Gracelook for nearly a decade now, and unfortunately, the quality has been rapidly declining.
I went to simply clean stray hairs from my eyebrows. I wanted NO change to the thickness or shape. The aesthetician did not follow my wishes. She ended up rounding and thinning my eyebrows. I had to politely comply and leave.
The prices have also been increasing over the years, now charging $7 (not including tax) for eyebrow threading alone. It's upsetting to say I will not return after all these years of using their services.
