★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard a fantastic guest minister preach at this packed traditional 1910 Calgary Beltline church Palm Sunday. Rev. Dr. Farris is in yyc until the end of June. The north parking lot across 15th Ave had room for us when we arrived 15 minutes early. A welcoming congregation, more diverse than I expected, lots of children. See website for Easter services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Member since early 1980s. Lots of changes over the years, but ultimately always, in my opinion as a sociologist, progressive. An important church in the downtown (Beltline) urban Calgary landscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very old and beautiful church, there are different saloon and rooms inside it. There are different classes and community. Even English language and dance class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building with lovely windows. They've gone through changes in leadership over the last few years but the sense of community still seems to be a too priority for the church. Parking can present an occasional challenge as there are several churches in the area.

They seem to have quite a few Programs to reach out to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calgary has very few historic old buildings. This is one of them and worth a visit. Saw a small concert with Calgary Philharmonic and their choir. Nice acoustics in a little piece of Calgary history
