The unfinished basement is now a fully functional separate unit, the roof is bulletproof, my backyard deck is finally looking like a fancy patio. Thank you Nick for being so reliable, polite, friendly, hardworking and honest. Thank you for an amazing price. My husband and I had quite a few really miserable experiences with construction/renovation people in the past and this is why I felt so great working with you. He was meticulous and cleaned up after he was finished. Fair price and prompt service deserves two thumbs up. We will definitely be calling him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last winter an ice dam caused some water to leak in. A drywall and ceiling corner was ruined and required retaping and remudding. After contacting various companies and handyman services, and being rejected or getting ridiculous quotes because it was such a small job. Nikita was more than happy to drop by and help out. He was very responsive, came when he said he would, and started right away. The wall was fixed with two visits, and both myself and the tenant was impressed with his work. Would definitely hire again if need arises.
