A	Anatoly Fomin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this gymnasium for several years. In general, there is everything to support yourself in physical form. But the technical maintenance of the secondary rooms suffers, toilet seats are often out of order, or problems with water taps, locker doors in the locker room are out of order. Massage chairs often do not fully function. There is a lot of dust on the lockers in the locker room, and on the walls and ceiling near the ventilation openings, drinking pots are often poorly washed, and the second heater in the sauna is constantly not working properly.

It was so philthy their washroom, and facility is despicable. I am beyond shocked ? people actually go here. Or that public health has NOT shut this location down.
C	Cha Cha K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just drove up here as I work in the area once a week and it costs 3.00 minimum to park and it's private, not green p. That's super lame, I live dt, and it's cheaper, and they only charge by the hour so my 45 minute workout isn't worth it. Bullocks.

Shout out to Zachariah (Zac) for running such a great team of staff and Fitness Centre. He puts Goodlife to a great standard. Further shout out to Nicole, Nik, Ali, Zahroor, Brandon, and to the many staff not directly listed; thank you for all that you do. The membership expresses regularly how much you are appreciated. By far the best Goodlife gym around.

I called about a free 1 day trial for my friend and they said it hasn't been available for weeks and that I must pay the $25 fee. However I had no problem booking the 1 day free trial for my friend at a different location after that call. When I called back again here to ask what the issue was, a different staff said they would make a pass for my friend this time. Either they are incompetent and didn't know until they saw it working out with another location or they lied. Not sure what's worse, but I know this is a location to be avoided and looked at.
M	Michael L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GoodLife website says there is free parking here. Not sure if I'm just a chump, but I paid the meter anyways. I dropped by on a Friday morning around 10am. It wasn't too busy. Lockers are located downstairs. The locker and shower areas are fairly clean. From what I remember there was 3 squat racks and I didn't have to wait long to use one. The space does feel a bit cramped compared to the Vaughan location. Lots of staff working here and they seemed to take pride in ensuring equipment is wiped down and weights are put back. No lift platforms for deadlifts and power lifting. No Olympic bumper plates. With that being said, it's a decent gym and would be great if parking is 100% confirmed free.

Pool and sauna are a bonus :) Also not crowded so I can get my workout done quickly and efficiently on the great machinery they have available. Staff are friendly as well and it really has started to feel like home.
