Hats off to the owners, what a special weekend it was! My girlfriend and I felt so very well taken care of the whole time we were there. The leather work, archery and sword classes kept us busy all day saturday. the costumes, tents, and feast hall were all spectacular. Our friends came out and had just as much fun as us and We both already know we're coming back as soon as we can!

My wife and I got married at Good Knights Medieval Encampment on Saturday, July 24th 2021. The location, setting, and quality of service was exemplary. Daniel and Linda have created something truly beautiful and unique, and I would recommend this spot to everyone for events great and small! The tents themselves were breathtaking - each had its own theme from royal pavilion to Mongolian yurt, complete with comfortable beds, decoration, and flushing/chemical toilets. The one we stayed in had a full-size 4-poster bed! Other aspects of the campsite included a fully functional outdoor kitchen, a lavishly decorated Great Hall where we had our wedding feast, and a variety of activities from archery to firing a working trebuchet! Daniel, Linda, and the rest of the Good Knights staff went above and beyond what we expected for our big day. There wasn't a single thing lacking, and we came away looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you so much!

We stayed here in July of 2018 and absolutely loved it. The tent we slept in was impeccable. Good Knights was also very accommodating, providing us with 2 cots for our kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable as well. The activities were a lot of fun, especially sword fighting and the feast at the end was perfection. On our last night staying, the owners came out to the bonfire and sat and talked with us and were very pleasant. This is perfect for families with children as there are a lot of costumes for them to dress up in and wide spaces to play. You can really tell that the owners love what they do and want everyone to have a fun and enjoyable experience. We will absolutely be returning.

We had a fantastic experience staying here! Lord Daniel and Lady Linda are wonderful, kind hosts, and clearly love what they do! Our accomodation was so comfortable (the Khan), and every part of the experience was exceptional! You can immerse yourself by wearing a provided costume, including cozy warm cloaks for the evening and the archery, etx was great! Individual propane campfires were fun, and breakfast was delicious! (Kudos on the homemade yogurt!) We'll definitely be back for a weekend stay so that we can experience the weekend feast as well, or to check out the Burrows when it's ready for guests. Thanks!

Me and my family stayed here over weekend of Sept 18th and we had a blast. The costumes were so fun to have and the site offered beautiful photo ops. The feast was super amazing. My wife has a lot of issues with food if there is too much artificial stuff but the feast offered caused no problems for her which is rare and also shows how clean the food they prepare is as well as tasty. Cannot say enough good thing for this. And hats of to Sir Dan and Lady Linda for working so hard to keep camp running smoothly. Archery was really fun and learning the swords was also lots of fun. Will definitely be coming back as regular family trip un years to come.

I spent two nights at Good Knights Medieval Encampment, and was blown away. Our tent (and each one we peeked inside) was stunning. The attention to detail, with decorations and ensuring we had every comfort you could think of (and those we hadn't considered) was outstanding. Sir Daniel and Lady Linda do everything to make your time their special. The breakfast was wonderful, and delivered directly to our tents each morning, while taking care of our dietary restrictions. We also opted in for a private dinner for our anniversary, and the food was amazing. It truly was a feast, and everything in the same medieval style that kept us immersed. The ground were private, well kept, and had access to everything we could need. They were flexible in arranging activities (Archery, leatherworking, and sword classes) to fit the schedules of myself and other guests. Sir Daniel was always close enough by to ensure that everything we needed was addressed and solved as quick as possible. Immerse yourself, get dressed in their wonderful assortment of costumes, take part in the activities, and get to know your fellow guests. It will make your trip incredible.

I had the chance to stay here this last summer with my husband, and we had a wonderful time. We were there Friday to Sunday, so we got to enjoy a couple breakfasts and the Saturday feast was spectacular. The beds in the tents were very comfortable, and the tents were all kept warm with a space heater. There as plenty to do during the day too! The couple who runs the encampment pour a lot of love into it... I hope to go back some day!

We just returned from a weekend away at Good Knights (June 2nd to 5th) and it was one of the best weekends I’ve ever had. Everything from the atmosphere of the grounds, the tents, the activities, the food, and the staff made for the perfect weekend getaway. This will certainly become an annual event for our group. We had a group of 7 adults and stayed in two tents – the Royal and the Tudor. The Tudor very comfortably held 5 adults. There was plenty of seating and storage space, and each tent included a ‘throne room’ off the back of the tent with a toilet and sink. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, and the heated mattress pad was a big hit for the cooler nights. The electric heater provided in the tents was a nice amenity. We were delighted by all the small details – you can really see how much the owners care about ensuring that their guests are immersed in the medieval atmosphere at every point of their stay. This is glamping at it’s finest. Each tent was provided with a set of dishes, and there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen that has everything you could need for your stay. We were able to enjoy some time around a campfire as they have multiple propane firepits set up near the tents to use. They have two full sheds of costumes that you can borrow for the weekend. Their selection of costumes not only include fabulous clothing but also accessories to elevate your medieval look. There is a huge variety of sizes and styles so everyone can participate in the fun. They also have a gift shop on site that has a variety of gifts and toys to commemorate your stay. Good Knights offers the perfect mix of relaxation and activity. They offer a variety of included activities such as leather working, sword/chivalry classes, and archery. All of these were so much fun and a few in our group have a new hobby or two that we will surely be practicing at home. We had the opportunity to participate in archery at least once every day, including the evening we arrived which was a highlight for me. Our group had a whole collection of dietary restrictions that they really went all out to accommodate, and no one was left hungry at any of the provided meals. They worked closely with our group to ensure that everyone could participate in the included meals and took a lot of care to ensure that there were delicious and healthy substitutions for those that needed them. The fresh baked muffins each morning went over extremely well in our group. The Noble Feast was a real treat. Not only are you provided with a delicious meal but also some excellent story telling. The meal consists of multiple courses and it’s impossible to leave hungry. Every course was delicious and again, the dietary restrictions of our group were well accommodated. The hall itself is gorgeous, and it was neat to learn about the origins of the banners that hang in the hall. During a break in the feast you get to participate in some medieval dancing which was pure chaos (when you have a group that can’t dance it’s the best you can expect) but it was such a delight. Last but certainly not least, I want to make sure to mention the team that makes all this happen. Sir Daniel, Lady Linda, and Lady Shannon were all so friendly and really were the icing on the cake of a spectacular stay. Between running around, making sure we got to participate in everything, they took the time to get to know each guest staying at the encampment. They have put so much work into creating an amazing atmosphere on site and making sure that everyone has a great time. You all went above and beyond for our group I can’t thank you enough for making our weekend so great.
