They don’t understand when you say less ice. Staff will also argue with you and will not remove the ice if you want less ice. The other location would be okay if you want to make it without ice.

Happy.. it is 4th bubble tea place I know in Regina. Glad it's closer to my area. Easy to go more often and convenient if you are on a walk or shopping close by. Interesting choices & foam tasted good. I have learned new options. Good staff & management. Thank you for warm welcome. Just would be nice to have a frequent visitor stamp system or something.

(About 3 minutes per order) • Lovely interior design Trust me it’s worth it and you’ll be more than satisfied. I’m not a tea person but Gong Cha is my go to place for tea.

So disappointed. We have had these waffle twice a week. And we got these tonight. Obviously not cooked even, too light and super soft. Came back in and asked if she could make them crispy she said that because we let them sit for too long and didnt do anything. They weren't cooked long enough nor enough flour doesn't matter how late we came.

Called in to order for pick-up today at 12pm. The girl named Amanda picked up the phone. I asked very nicely for placing an order for pick up over the phone. She immediately responded with a rude tone. She said “come in and order” and dropped the phone. I called back to ask for her name and the Managers name. She said her Manager’s name is Hannah. I didn’t appreciate Amanda’s tone of voice, she was very rude and she seemed to be irritated at anyone who called in. I hope something could be done about this.

Honestly, I go here on a weekly basis and will continue to go because it’s definitely the best bubble tea in the city! However, the location itself is not good, it’s difficult for anyone who is unfamiliar with the items to order because there is only one paper menu posted in the front window (you have to stand outside to read it) and one at the front till so you feel rushed. There are posters everywhere with new drinks or drink collections that are not included on mentioned menus, so overall it is overwhelming and confusing to order. They’d benefit from having screen menus like other Gong Cha locations I’ve been to so that they can constantly update it and it’s visible for everyone! There’s also no seating as they have tables pushed towards the door due to Covid, but the front area is so small that everyone waiting for their drinks ends up standing well within 6 feet of one another, or even outside as space is so limited. It’s just not a very customer-oriented layout, but once you know what you want and have some time to wait, still worth the visit!
