โ โ โ โ โ Had a grooming appointment at golden pet home first, the facility is new and clean, I "stole" the pictures from their instagram, I'm really happy with the cuts and how Luna(my husky) seemed very calm and happy when i pick her up. Staff is extremely nice and caring, they listen to my request(I like her butt little round) and groomer did a fantastic job on her! Bring her for a daycare next visit, and she was so tired after a day there, even her favorite food can't attract her :D look how the squad is so cute. highly recommend people to try :D

โ โ โ โ โ I had an emergency so I called to change the time. They never told me over the phone there will be a $10 Late fee. Inwas
Late by one hour. So I pick up my dog and they charged me a 10 dollar late fee. I used their services a few times in the past and this is not the way to treat loyal customers specially when there is an emergency. I will never use this place. Overpriced and dishonest! Be aware of all the hidden fees.

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped my puppy off this morning. He's 7 months old and this is his first time he'll be away from me for more than a few hours. I was nervous, but the fella at the desk was reassuring and kind, and totally put my mind at ease. I'm sure my dog will have a great time there, and I will update this review when I pick him up.
Update: they did a great job with Sugi! He was so happy at Golden Pet Home, and will certainly be going back to play with the talkative husky who stays there.

โ โ โ โ โ This was the first time I have taken a dog for grooming. My 8 month old toy Aussie was there for his first ever grooming experience. The receptionist and the groomer were friendly and listened to my wants/needs. My dog and I were both put at ease right away. He had a great experience and he looks amazing! We will be going back again for sure!

โ โ โ โ โ We had a great experience with Golden Pet Home! Their rates were reasonable and the staff were very friendly and responsive when I would call to check in on our cat, Violet. I was a little nervous leaving her at first because we had never boarded a pet before but it was a relief knowing reliable people were taking good care of her while we were away.
We ended up having to extend our stay unexpectedly and they were very accommodating, even upgraded her cat condo at no extra cost. Violet seemed happy and comfortable at Golden Pet Home and we would bring her again if we have a longer trip in the future!
