It has already happened for 3-4 times.
Disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
This is a industry where service is key and this is lacking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented three separate houses from Pat over the course of a decade. She was always helpful and accommodating. I used her husband, Bob as my realtor when it was time to buy my own home, and he was fantastic to work with as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a house with Pat. Her husband showed the house but never wanted to be involved after that. She rarely picked up the phone and was slow to respond to emails. Eventually, they did deal with maintenance issues. Not very involved in the general care of the house but also not horrible landlords. Just hard to reach and communicate with. House had foundation issues, tons of bugs and heating costs were much higher than we were told.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pat managed our rental house in Saskatoon for 9 years after we moved out of the province. She is an excellent manager and took a very good care our house. she made it possible for us to own a rental property while not living in the same city. Promptly informed us of any maintenance issues, has a good group of people to fix those issues, she selected excellent tenants and her fees where very reasonable.
