Driving up yellowhead this morning January 20th 2022, was cut off buy bus number 528, had no lights on no signals when changing lanes I would want to know if my kid was on that bus parents ….real professional you have terrible drivers..

My daughter boards her bus at 7am and I was there at 6:50am incase the bus came early. Five minutes past 7am, I tried to use the GPS tracker (which wasn't working and they were "trying to fix the error"), but it was down. Then, 20 minutes had passed. I called Golden arrow to find out why the bus had been late this woman answered the phone so rude , cutting me off and said "well she said she's been at all of her stops today". I told her exactly what happened yet she still cut me off without regard and repeated herself. I told her there's no reason to lie. Are you calling me a liar? She said if i wanted to call you a liar I would tell you directly that you're a liar. As I was asking for a manager, she hung up on me. Can you believe these are the kind of people who are working in places that involve our children? Complete B.S! Staff with poor attitude like this should NOT be working in places of customer service especially when it concerns parents children. Golden arrow has been having many issues lately, it's even been reported on CTV Edmonton News! It all begins at the top. Management should really do a reassessment with everyone because this isn't acceptable. They should ALWAYS have the tracker available, these are our children for goodness sake!!! Hire better staff or let everyone work under new management that enforces customer retention & loyalty. I could not believe the way the woman was speaking to me. Highly unprofessional staff & from the reviews I'm seeing, there is CLEARLY a common denominator. Management & staff need replacement or reassessing because this shouldn't be happening. Your staff are highly rude, the bus drivers are reporting being at the bus stop when they are NOT. Get new bus drivers who actually like this job then!!! You will lose a lot of customers if you continue this way. No one wants to be treated this way, especially when it comes to our kids.

Our company charters Golden Arrow bus lines to take us to camp in BC and then back to Edmonton. The last 2 rotations the bus waited in Grande Prairie, an hour and a half the first time and 3 hours the 2nd time for people who do not work for our company. The bus driver doesn't want to lose his job so we wait for people who don't work for our company so Golden Arrow can make money even though our company paid to charter the bus for our employees only. What a joke this company is.

Our children take the bus with golden arrow. Since the beginning of this school year there has been little to no consistency in pick up/drop off times or routes taken. Numerous occasions where our children have been hours late to school. When talking directly to golden arrow representatives a driver shortage is noted but it seems they are unable to resolve the problem. Week after week it’s the same story and poor service.

I am more than tired of this Bus route 126F. Since September they kept on changing drivers. Now everyday its a different driver. The waiting time is alway 45min to 1h45min late, EVERYDAY! We have to wait for others driver to finish their route first, and be kind enough to take our route afterwards. And since my kids takes 2 busses to arrive at school, if I don't drive them, they'll always missed the second one, as this waiting time insane.I am fed up of this poor Service. When you call the golden arrow customers service center, it seems like no one knows when they will have a fix driver for this route. I am driving my kids everyday now since September... why can we have a Stable driver for this route? I would have given a zero stars if it was an option, this is so ridiculous.

Good afternoon I must state my displeasure in dealing with the Golden arrow bus service. My 6 year old son takes the 339 bus from school to home since December when we move here from Ontario and during that period today is the 2nd time that the bus missed his stop. My husband and I were at the stop at 3:55pm today February 25 2022 and the bus slated to drop my son off did not stop after I got in touch with the bus service to find out what happen the representative and the manager did not hesitate to tell me that the bus GPS showed that it stopped at the stop for 2 minutes after being 6 minutes late and when we explained they insisted so my view is that they think we were lying even though when I spoke to the parents whose bus stop they let my 6 year old at said that the driver let my son off there a stop that is not his even if he missed the stop to this point no apology, no concern for my 6 year old. I feel that when I began speaking with them they realized we were black and treated us poorly not realizing how frightening this experience was. I will not be using this service again because it is not that we can't take him to school ourselves it is that he was so excited to take the bus you have ruined my child's experience with no regard because of who I am and I will not forgive you for this GPS please!!!

My children have been taking this bus service for a couple years now but since September we've had multiple bus drivers many of which have been verbally abusive towards the kids and myself the last one ended in the termination of the driver after screaming and swearing at myself and the children mine included and not allowing them off of the bus then went speeding through residential areas causing panic for the children and parents. The latest driver is always late and yelling at the kids she yelled at me to have my kids waiting out on the corner or she will not be picking them up which is unreasonable when she's 15-20 late daily and the GPS isn't reliable. I've reported the incidents with little to zero regard how she's treating the children because they are short staffed...its unacceptable to just fill seats we need to know our children are being cared for and their safety is top priority. Edit to add I've been contacted and the issues are being dealt with the supervisor was extremely understanding and respectful

Worst drivers ever. Put children in danger by running stop signs and then turning into on coming traffic almost getting into an accident while kids are on board. When I called to make a complaint it was brushed off and I was told they’ll pass it onto safety and that’s it. No follow up or anything of the sort. Parents are better off driving their own children if possible. Maybe even find a different bus service to use as Golden Arrow yellow bus is by far the worst. Seeing as there are so many negative reviews regarding the drivers maybe Golden Arrow should rehire all drivers or have more extensive hiring process as I don’t know how any of these drivers get licenses. I wouldn’t want my children in any type of vehicle with the drivers that work for them. It should be noted this is the third driver in a matter of two weeks that have either been speeding double the speed limit in residential areas, not signalling and running other drivers off the road (yes I saw this on Manning) and of course running stop signs and driving into oncoming traffic. Enough is enough with awful drivers. Parents and guardians should be able to trust the bus service they pay for. Sadly Golden Arrow is not a company I would trust driving my worst enemy.
