Our closing was delayed ~270 days beyond original agreement and even then we got a home that is full of deficiencies. We've been bounced between 4 finishing supervisors and service managers so far (b/c those people left or let go) and little has been done to rectify the deficiencies. Some of their trades are very questionable on quality!
R	Rose Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame I was too young to be aware of the disgustingly poor tradesman/craftsmanship that took place in my parents home almost 15 years ago. My parents have finally gotten a little reno work done to realize that all the issues they endured with first moving into the home were passed off as small issues when brought to the construction companies attention. We experienced 1 major flood and an ongoing toilet leak problem for years, to realize the builders used foam to fill a whole that they cut around the toilet and completely missing to set up the jacuzzi properly. Gold Park is the most careless, money hungry, under-deliverers, and undeservingly privileged builders ever. I hope 15 years was enough time to fix their wrongs but I advise to this day, dont support these builders, as you can already see most their ratings are a 1 star, should speak volumes.
D	David Burke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give mr cipriano negative stars I would. My wife and I Recently purchased through a developer he funded Cassavia homes. They didn't pay agents for sales made in their developments, screwed tradesman on the bills for tiling, drywall etc, I was personally screwed on a private loan by the lending firm mr. cipriano owns and had to scramble past my closing date to get a mortgage. They Forced people into closing early as to not have leans put on the properties by the tradesman...I guess the rich get richer by not paying their bills. ZERO STARS . Don't ever say YOU WERE NOT WARNED. His side kick Joe Tiano from Cassavia homes is just as bad.

I received emails with status updates and the construction and service managers met me to walk the home multiple times. They were very thorough and explained what was happening every step of the way. The whole process was easy to communicate and Service Staff (especially Delia) tried their up most best to make things 100 percent right , very helpful and honest.

Goldpark has always been very high on my list of builders when it comes to building a quality product. Being in the industry myself I have seen a lot of fly by night builders who promised the world and don't deliver. When it comes to quality of the product I was very happy. I even referred (7) Seven of my clients and friends who ended up purchasing in the project. Delia, Yolande, Mike, Michael, and Kathleen are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Some aspects of the company do need some improvement much like any company, but the construction, and service side of things are fantastic as always and would definitely do the same by referring all my client's over and over again.
