★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice park attached to Rundle Park by a footbridge (which is further attached to Science Park). We saw a lot of animals including a snake so that was very cool. Very well-maintained and beautiful; spacious enough for hundreds of people to be playing sports, having picnics/BBQs, walking, running, and biking. Decent washrooms and cold water fountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bridge has a gorgeous view of the river and the city. Also they had various trails around there to enjoy. I went down the river side trail, and it was a spectacular view where you could hear the rushing of the water and tons of wildlife. It has become an area I go to often for walks with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent park all-year round! In the winter, Gold Bar offers superb groomed and trackset trails for cross-country skiing. Lots of parking and a heated warming hut with washroom. In the summertime, there are plenty of picnic tables and walking trails for a lovely outdoor evet. Definitely check out this gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so good walking, and so cool watching for the first time for me a Canadian beaver ? building something. But was so sad to see the majority of the ponds dry and no big playground like I heard and now they are building a big parking instead. Good for hiking, biking and Frisbee.
