â â â â â Vraiment trĂšs déçue du service depuis que Ubity a Ă©tĂ© achetĂ© par Goco. Ce n'est vraiment plus le fournisseur que j'avais choisi. Ils sont dĂ©pendants de plusieurs autres fournisseurs et leurs relations ne semblent pas trĂšs bonnes car ils n'ont pas de retour. Depuis un mois et demi j'ai fait une demande d'ajout de service et rien n'est encore fait.
Really very disappointed with the service since Ubity was purchased by Goco. It is really no longer the supplier that I had chosen. They are dependent on several other suppliers and their relationship does not look very good because they have no feedback. For a month and a half I have requested an addition of service and nothing has been done yet.

â â â â â DĂ©jĂ le support avec Ubity Ă©tait pas gĂ©nial, c'est encore pire depuis le rachat. 2 semaines sans rĂ©ponses aprĂšs avoir ouvert un ticket. Fuyez pendant qu'il est encore temps!
Et aussi, au moment d'écrire ses lignes lors du transfert vers le support Ubity la ligne raccroche! Et si vous essayez le Zéro, vous attendez 30min pour que finalement un message automatisé indique que le bureau des ventes est présentement fermé. TrÚs belle expérience!
Already the support with Ubity was not great, it's even worse since the takeover. 2 weeks without answers after opening a ticket. Flee while there is still time!
And also, when writing his lines during the transfer to Ubity support, the line hangs up! And if you try the Zero, you wait 30 minutes for an automated message to finally indicate that the sales office is currently closed. Very nice experience!

With the change from Ubity to GoCo, we have lost a lot of services and they give us no tangible solution to remedy the many problems! And the customer service is almost non-existent!

EXTREMELY disappointing since the company changed from Ubity to GoCo. Support is slow and they half understand, not responding to emails or responding to anyone else, not fixing issues... Really out of patience.
