One morning, they slacked me without reason. When ask why, they told me ‘’cherche dans ta petite tête.’’
My supervisor.e, and his supervisor were not advised and were as shock as me.
Later learn that a jealous colleague had bad mouthed me.
When confronted, he told me It was because I din’t took care enough of my girlfriend?
(I was a gay with a girl he had previously try to kiss.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work environment can only be described as HOSTILE.
Artists feel like numbers in this place, even supervisors are often left out of important decisions and have their ideas/criticisms completely ignored. There hasn't been a week without crushing overtime in recent productions, and stress is so high it wasn't even surprising to learn another artist was leaving because of a burn out. The ambulance even came once for a work-related panic attack of an employee who worked 7 days a week to meet quotas and deadlines.
The admin treats its artists like tools and they can feel it, it's outrageous.
