★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The berries are picture perfect but the service is incredibly rude, felt like an intruder. The ATM is expensive as well, there are many other friendly place to buy, particularly in the middle of the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite unfriendly. I have been going there for berries since they opened, but finally got fed up with being treated like an intruder rather than a loyal customer. Their berries are good, but this is the Saanich Peninsula the berries are good at the other farms as well. I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would anyone buy berries from a grocery store in the summer, when we have Gobind Farms. Picked up a flat of strawberries and blueberries and they were delicious. Lasted a few days only. Will be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Berries are not that great. Looks passed shell life. Appears to be taken from frozen unit. Not a worth of my time. So rude as well. They need to learn some Canadian manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Worst customer service and rude. Called this morning the guy answered the phone and said U Pick will be available between 1 PM to 4 PM. After driving all the way from Langford to their farm by 1.45 PM. The lady at the farm said U Pick is not available. She was not even answering properly. Such an attitude and rude behaviour. Poor hygiene. She was eating ice creams which melts on her hands, licking and touching with that on the ready to grab berries which kept front for sales.
Yew. Disgusting. Hope they follow some hygiene protocols if they care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gobind Farms has first class berries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. We have just been there for the first time and were so impressed with the facility and the produce. A gem of a farm and great prices.
