β β β β β World Cargo has been a lifesaver for me! It was extremely difficult to find a company to move my cargo to a remote place in Indonesia. All the companies I contacted only allow shipping to the major ports in Indonesia. I also had to move pretty quick, so I literally left all my stuff there the day before I left. They took care of all the packing and palletizing which is convenient, and the charges were decent. The final price was a little much in my opinion, but they also included the price for customs and door delivery to my location. However, I was happy nonetheless since itβs more of a headache if I were to arrange everything myself. Carlos and Matt were extremely quick to respond, and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you for the great service.

β β β β β It would not have been easy to transport all my things from Canada to Italy without their help.
They were always very efficient and friendly during all the steps that took the shipping from Vancouver to Rome without any damage to objects and things. They followed and helped me step by step in the phases of packaging and of palletizing and also in internal transport, that in my case was necessary.
Their agent-intermediary in Italy was also kind and efficient. The price was extremely competitive and reasonable compared to the alternatives, the shipment arrived on time and without any delay. They were absolutely perfect!

β β β β β Careful. They weren't able to (or didn't want to) find a route for our cargo during December 2021. They were however able to take our money, and even after we collected the goods (and shipped them with fantastic DHL) they refuse to refunds the thousands of dollars and are now ghosting us! BE CAREFUL OF GOWORLD

β β β β β I was thrilled to find a way to ship my personal belongings to Italy for a big move.
They were extremely fast in communications through the entire process and also extremely friendly.
They helped me unload my Cargo and kept it safe in their office overnight when I arrived at closing time before I could do the paperwork.
Small office with an extremely friendly staff that were very pleasant and easy to deal with!
The price was very reasonable although my Cargo was bumped several times so it arrived a couple weeks later than anticipated, but now that I know I can plan accordingly. Once everything was shipped it arrived in perfect condition without any customs issues. I will definitely use them again!
Cost a fraction of shipping in the mail and air freight is extremely reasonable for shipping personal effects!
***Tip for those of you who have never shipped overseas: the manifest of cargo is for customs. It Must Be specific and write the value of items CURRENTLY. Used personal items are worth nothing. Have a separate manifest for insurance replacement value for your shipping insurance! Personal value is very different than they of customs. Save yourself the hassle of having to pay tax and duty!

Great customer service and they really accommodated my needs and requests from the getting a quote to packing my shipment. Carlos and Sean are very nice and helpful!

Anyway, thank this company for helping me transport my car from Vancouver to Ottawa in this May. While I have to say: for the whole business process, they are very unprofessional on each step.
First l, we walked into their store in person and discussed about all the costs of transportation vehicles, and paid a deposit and signed the contract. Then I received a phone call from their employee saying that they had miscalculated the price, so I had to pay more than about 200 Canadian dollars to cover their shipment costs. I compromised...
Then when I dropped off my car around April 22, according to their previous commitment, the car will arrive in Ottawa on May 7. Then I was told that the ETA may be delay.
On May 12, we emailed them that we would like to get some updates of transportation information and ETA. BUT they never gave us a specific date. On May 19, I was informed that the car had arrived in Ottawa.
The most outrageous thing was that when my friend went to pick up my car, he found that my car had arrived in Ottawa on May 10, and no one informed us during that time. We contacted their staff in Ottawa and asked them why this happened \ Why did not inform us the first time my car arrived \ why did not update the info on time. Finally, no one replied to us anymore...
Although the car arrived smoothly, the whole service process was annoying. They were unprofessional from the beginning of the price budget until the delivery of the vehicle. I hope you will think clearly before choosing them.
