Had an excellent buying experience with Alex and Riley, was my first purchase with Auto Haus VW. They accommodated my busy schedule, all in all an easy buying experience. Highly recommend checking these guys out! Wish I could put 6-Stars.

I recently got a new car from Auto Haus on Pembina and had a fantastic experience. I dealt specifically with Alex (sales) and Rome (finance) and they both provided me with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Deceitful Blatant Liars. I was interested in the 15 VW Touareg TDI. Tanveer contacted me after I requested a Carfax. Tanveer mentioned they completed a full mechanical inspection and the previous owner had the routine service completed at the dealer. I decided to drive 5 hours to see the Touareg, and the night before I confirmed it was available and I would be able to hear a cold start and that I was coming from 5 hours away. The next day I made the drive. When I showed up at the dealer Tanveer met me at the door saying they will bring the vehicle around, I reminded Tanveer I wanted to hear a cold start. He said they took it into the wash bay because the windows were dirty. When I reminded him I confirmed a cold start, but he argued the windows were dirty!.. Then we waited 30-40 min before the vehicle was brought to the front. When the vehicle arrived the lubricant used to mount tires on to rims was all over all four tires, yet it was the same worn tires in the picture online. Then I checked under the hood and noticed an oil leak and when I mentioned it Tanveer said it just came in this week and they haven't completed the mechanical inspection. I questioned him as on the phone he said the full mechanical inspection was complete. While inside the vehicle i noticed the vehicle had 3500km more than on the website. I took it for a drive and the was a pungent burning coolant smell inside. When I accelerated from the next lights there was a huge plume of white smoke from the exhaust. (possible blown head gasket or cracked head) I turned around at the next exit and returned to the dealer. While returning the low coolant light came on!! I arrived back at the dealer and brought up all the concerns with Tanveer he became very rude and aggressive while I pointed out all his lies, 5 or 6 at this point!!!! The vehicle has been listed on Auto Trader for 30 days, they were changing tires not washing the windows, the vehicle had 3500 more km's, there is a major engine malfunction and lied about the mechanical inspection. I left the dealer and drove back 5 hours while completely wasting my friday, driving 10 hour round trip and a couple hundred dollars in fuel, all while having a headache from the smell of the burning coolant!!!! I would not recommend buying anything from this dealer as for this level of deception and lies has be be completed with the help of the complete dealership. I wouldn't support any GoAuto dealers as these tactics seem to be common!!

Best dealership in the city! Been shopping around for a new vehicle for a while now and my experience today auto Haus was like no other dealership thus far! They were extremely attentive, polite, respectful, and overall just easy to work with! Will definitely be sending my friends/family to auto Haus VW!

Although we didn't buy our vehicle from this dealership I want to tell a couple of words about Kayla. She is awesome human being, from the moment we reached out with a brief inquiry, Kayla was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, she spent with us almost 5 hours and arranged two test drives for us, and she continued to work with us even after hours. It was such a great experience. Thank you very much Kayla!

Michael Sun was friendly, helpful and always professional. We purchased a used vehicle and he addressed all our concerns and rectified most of them, always with the same easy going manner. His attentiveness and assurance we will be looked after made our experience incredibly positive. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

My experience at this dealership was very good. Mr. Nathan helped me a lot, good communication, wasn’t pushy and gave me enough time to take my decision. Ms. Kayla, their Finance Manager is very kind and helped me with financing and worked hard to get me a good deal. Their Sales Manager, Mr. Cody had promised to get the work done on my car after the delivery, and these guys followed up with me within a week. Really appreciate it.
