Elle me donne un RV pour radiographie le lendemain 9h40 j lui dis j vais a l hopital et si j passe j appelle et j annulerai mon RV. A ma surprise le lendemain j arrive au bureau lui dis RV a 9h40, vous n'etes pas allé a l hopital? oui mais trop long! HUmm j ai donné votre rendez vous a quelqu'un d'autre!! Pourtant elle m avait bel et bien donné mon RV donc j peux vous dire qu'en dedans de moi je n'étais pas gentil mais j suis reparti en disant merci et aurevoir! I plant myself in the face of the broken side I show up on the spot because reaching by phone is impossible! She gives me an RV for x-ray the next day at 9:40 am I tell her I'm going to the hospital and if I come by I call and I will cancel my RV. To my surprise the next day I arrived at the office and told him RV at 9.40 am, you didn't go to the hospital? yes but too long! Humm I gave your date to someone else !! Yet she had indeed given me my RV so I can tell you that inside of me I was not nice but I left saying thank you and goodbye!

Pire système de prise de rendez-vous. On rit carrément des patients My mother's doctor who is 94 years old. Impossible to speak to her secretary, line engaged or we are told ad nauseam that she is busy answering clients. Worst appointment booking system. We laugh at the patients

Du coup, si tu veux annuler ton rendez-vous, tu passes la moitié de la journée à essayer de rejoindre une personne... Or, un moment donné tu te tannes, et tu laisses tomber, car toi aussi tu as une vie, eh oui ! MAIS eux à ton prochain rendez-vous te mentionneront que tu dois des frais de 30 $ car tu ne t'aies pas présenté à ton rendez-vous... C'est inacceptable ! Very complicated to reach a secretary on the phone, it happens frequently, and it is very unpleasant! So, if you want to cancel your appointment, you spend half the day trying to reach a person ... Now, at some point you laugh, and you give up, because you too have a life, eh yes ! BUT them at your next appointment will tell you that you owe a fee of $ 30 because you did not show up for your appointment ... It's unacceptable!

Chaque fois « il y a un volume d'appels élevés » et ça raccroche. En ces temps difficiles, il devrait au moins y avoir une liste de rappels. C'est vraiment fâchant. My family doctor is extraordinary & attentive. However, I have been trying to reach the clinic for an appointment for over a year. Each time "there is a high volume of calls" and it hangs up. In these difficult times, there should at least be a list of reminders. It's really annoying.

Jamais.reussi a avoir une place cest comme la licorne legedandaire . puis apres tu peux pas prendre de rdv ailleur .faudrais vraiment quils changent quelqu chose Walk-in is impossible. Never managed to have a place, it's like the legendary unicorn. then afterwards you can't make an appointment elsewhere. They really need to change something

Merci pour les 30 ans d avoir été notre médecin de famille vous allez nous manquer.Bonne retraite j aurai aimé vous parlez ou un RDV avant de partir.Mais impossible depuis plus d un mois d avoir la ligne et / ou un retour. An awesome clinic, my doctor is leaving for retirement. Thank you for the 30 years of having been our family doctor. We will miss you. Happy retirement, I would have liked to talk to you or make an appointment before leaving. But it has been impossible for more than a month to have the line and / or a return.

Arrêter de vous acharnez sur le téléphone, laissez un message sinon allez en ligne! Vous engorgez les lignes avec vos 300 appels! ??‍♀️ I wanted to make an appointment online and I had my rv for the 29th! We are the 29th! Stop rushing on the phone, leave a message or go online!
