J'ai appelé pour demander le numéro de téléphone pour porter plainte d'un membre de l'équipe, (le tout sans nommer de nom ni me nommer) dont l'infirmière m'avait parlé la semaine précédente, puis la secrétaire (sans la nommer encore une fois) est allée voir mon médecin pour lui dire que je voulais porter plainte contre lui... De un, elle ne pouvait pas être certaine que c'était moi, même si j'avais appelé juste avant. De deux, je n'ai accusé ni nommé personne, excepté le fait que c'était un médecin, car celle-ci me l'avait demandé. Mon médecin m'a appelé pour mon rendez-vous par la suite, et il m'a fait part du fait que j'avais dis à SES secrétaires que je voulais porter plainte contre lui. Pendant les 2 appels, j'avais mis le téléphone sur intercom et mon chum a TOUT entendu. J'ai parlé à l'une des secrétaire, qui n'était pas celle concernée, et je lui ai demandé qu'elle dise à sa collègue de me faire des excuses, ce qu'elle n'a pas fait, après lui avoir laissé toute la journée pour le faire. J'ai donc décidé de publier ce message. Merci de faire suivre, j'en ai assez laisser passé, maintenant ça suffit. Merci à tous ceux qui font suivre... I was the victim of defamation today. I am never able to call you to make an appointment, but I can call on different days 10 times a day I never answer the phone.

Sa fait au dessus de 100x que j'appel & une autre ligne est en attente depuis maintenant 45 minutes .. Super good doctors, nurses but no one seems able to answer the phone.. It's been over 100x that I call & another line has been on hold for 45 minutes now..

La prochaine fois nous allons essayer un pigon voyageur ou un télégramme ou un fax ??? Ça fais dure solide leur affaire , c’est grâce à des médecins qui sont mal structurée qui nous font perdre du temps et de l’énergie !! ??????? My girlfriend waited 1h25 min to only cancel an appointment, plus we can't even send them an email???? It makes no sense !!! Next time we will try a carrier pigeon or a telegram or a fax??? It makes their case hard, it's thanks to doctors who are poorly structured who waste time and energy!! ???????
