★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sympathy flowers January 1st online and did not receive a confirmation email (when I called on the 3rd - the delivery date, she said they don't). She confirmed they were working on them. When our friends sent a photo of what they received, the arrangement did not look much like what I ordered. They used mostly small roses and had a large stalk in the center with filler. I am disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well , I called and Gloria answered I tried to arrange flower and delivery and she was completely Rude on the phone !!!! Impossible to deal with and to top it off Gloria hung up the phone on me !!!!!! Unbelievable....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Can't believe this happened!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Gloria's via the flowers shopping website..paid $87 to get the opposite of what I ordered. Not even close, no comparison. "Autumn flowers in a terracotta pot" vs a glass vase with poorly arranged flowers. What a waste of money... In addition, the driver called the recipient to notify of the delivery, ruining the surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very disappointed my daughter who is overseas sent a beautiful arrangement for mothers day and they died in 2 days , such a waste of money and poor quality of flowers , I won't let her know as she paid good money and I am so disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son in Ontario bought a beautiful Mother’s Day bouquet which I recieved on the Saturday .
It was requested to be delivered on the Sunday.
Once received I noticed some of the greenery in the bouquet were wilted and dead. None of the flowers opened and 3 of my carnations were dead.
When I spoke to Gloria that afternoon of receiving this bouquet, she said she would replace on Monday. I have yet to hear from her after further leaving a message.
Very disappointed in customer service
Would not recommend this florist
Dead flowers in bouquet and my lily has not opened yet!

Using flowershopping.com I had the premium version of a Fiery Lily and Rose bouquet delivered. To the tune of $140. Zero out of nine lilies opened. I was told by flowershopping.com via email
The florist has reached out to us advising they are not going to pick up the arrangement & cancel the order. We have reviewed the picture & see arrangement was filled over the value that was paid for. It's customary for florist to send unopen lilies as it prolongs the lifespan of the arrangement since they do after a few days. As the florist are unwilling to pick up the arrangement, we cannot cancel your order.
Zero open lilies, arrangement filled over value, pick one. You definitely can’t have both.
Assuming that one person works 8 hrs and makes $20/hour.
Of course let’s take $20 off for the tax man 8x$20-$20=$140 for a days work.
A days work equals a bouquet of lilies where 0 of 9 are not and do not open?

I was looking for a Mother’s Day bouquet to send to a grieving friend but was told I wouldn’t be able to do it for under $100 (minimum bouquet price was $75 plus $25 delivery fee) and No florist was doing it for less. I called around and was able to find numerous florist with no minimum bouquet purchase and a reasonable $14 delivery fee. I was able to still support small business and somewhere that had great customer service. The lady I spoke to at Gloria‘s was incredibly rude and it was just a disappointing experience all around.
