Ticket-Response time is fast. Instead of kicking the hacker, the data is given to the hacker. For the hoster, the hacker is also a paying customer, I understand that. Apparently, the company is not doing so well. And they depend on the money from the hackers. It's a pity that they go this way.

In our 7 years with GloboTech, we've had a FAST, RELIABLE server. They're always there (24/7) to assist. I've come to TRUST their recommendations. They do a TOP NOTCH job. And I love that they're CANADIAN based. Can't say enough good things about them.
