★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! The owner of this company, Dhillon, was the engineer for construction next door to my mom's house. He approved an excavation that dug up the soil along the side of my mom's house and left it unsupported for months, causing subsidence and serious foundation damage to our house. We obtained two engineering reports that confirmed the work was not done in accordance with proper construction and engineering practices. Both of those engineers said that Dhillon should have taken proactive steps to protect against the damage. We ended up suing, and our litigation has settled, but if you hire this company, you could end up with trouble. If you search the BC court registry, you will see there are two other lawsuits involving Globe Geotech and multiple other lawsuits involving Dhillon.
