β β β β β I am writing a review for Global Steel, even though my husband and I didn't go through with the purchase due to budget restraints, because I felt the customer service and care was so outstanding, something had to be said! The owner of Global Steel himself personally talked with me on all occasions and walked me step by step of the whole building process. He explained things in detail, told us what to watch out for in other building companies, and gave us honest, helpful information on what his company does. I found Jim to be strait forward, helpful, quick to find answers for us, and professional.
Even though we didn't go with Global Steel, I wish our budget and timetable allowed us to, because if their buildings are as good as their customer service, I have no doubt we would have gotten a fantastic building!

β β β β β After reading the reviews I decided to get a quote from Global Steel Buildings. I not only received a quote in a timely manner, but the level of service was outstanding. Jim the owner took his time to clearly explain the entire process from start to finish and even how I could save money with the erection and that was a pleasant surprise. The entire team was very informative when answering all my questions (and I had a lot), and they showed they genuinely cared about my project. This is a family run business and they are very passionate about what they do, going well over and above what I am normally used to when dealing with a company for whatever reason. Highly recommend these guys!
