★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite pet supplies chain. My dogs only eat Lifetime food, which is available at most (but not all) locations. Awesomely friendly staff at every one. These folks really are nuts about animals!

I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here and it’s always a pleasure to interact with the staff. You can tell they have a true love for animals and are therefore passionate at providing help to customers to make their fur babies healthy and thrive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure to stop in. Prices are competitive, love the food rewards program, store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff are just lovely. I purchase a popular brand of dry food, so it's usually on pallets in one of the central areas; occasionally I walk right past it if they've had to switch it from one spot to another, but everyone is very helpful in helping to find it when needed so it's never a problem for me.
