This was our second time working with Geoff Lee at GLM Mortgage Group on a mortgage transaction and he made our home renewing and refinancing process so natural, smooth & easy. He did an amazing job finding us the best loan rate possible. It took less than a month and not tedious or confusing, and it finished the refinancing/renewing processing ahead of time, and best of all, we got the best rate we wanted! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I write this a year after getting my mortgage with Danny at GLM.
Danny was fantastic from the start and made the whole experience of getting a mortgage pretty much painless. From answering every single question I had with great detail to literally coming to my work to pick up documents, it was great.
Fast forward about 11 months- I emailed Danny with a couple questions about mortgages and what not and I get the same friendly, detailed response I got before. Its great to have someone you knows gonna be there for you when you need them or have questions. 10/10 recommend Danny.
Today, I got a call from Geoff because my one year mortgage anniversary is coming up this month. It was nice to have someone check in to see how things were going. I had a couple more questions that were on my mind answered and to be honest, had he not called I probably would've missed the anniversary and not been able to up my mortgage by a few %!

They take the stress out of the process and most importantly act quick and get final approvals quick. This gives your realtor an upper hand in negotiations. Do not hesitate to use GLM. Forgot to mention....the find you the best mortgage for our client's situation with great rates.

Geoff and his team work very hard to get you what you need. If you have been turned down else where, they have options for you.
If you are self employed and have a low reported income for tax purposes Geoff can make it happen for you. A+++ service.
