★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because one guy is good here. Asking for something over the phone is a huge inconvenience, by the tone ad attitude presented. They've banned a friend of mine for their debit mistake, even with a receipt just to explain what happened and get the money owed back. Karma be recycling here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Canada Post service is horrible. I'll drive blocks out of my way to avoid giving them any business. Unfortunately, I sometimes have to go in there to pick up parcels so this place cannot be avoided. They seem unable to be able to do the basic minimum of what their job entails and are dismissive towards customers. Avoid, if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was SHOCKED and Appalled by staff at this store. I will not return to this Location as I seen some horrible customer service by the young female behind the counter. As I walked into the store I seen a upset woman leaving carrying a package; meanwhile the counter attendant was yelling at her and threatening her with them calling the police while holding what I perceived as a weapon in her hand. I finished my purchases and the young female counter staff made a few remarks about the situation I caught the end of but they did seem off. When I left the store the woman was outside holding snow to her hand. I proceed to ask if she was okay and if I could help her. The woman explained the situation to me and showed me her fingers. Now hearing the full story I was appalled by what I had seen the female staff member had done and the remarks that where made by the staff member made. I felt uncomfortable in this store before and now will not return to this location again.

They are a great family, very respectful and kind to their customers. They are always in a good mood and make their customers feel welcomed. I love coming to this place especially because of the variety of items and are never out of stock for what I am looking for! I always enjoy the small conversations that the employees make, as they are truly incredible. I will always continue to shop here!
