β β β β β This is the worse walk in clinic I have ever been in. Dr. Tasneem was rude and rushed me out of the room. He was not helpful. My wife had the same experience a week ago. I wouldnβt trust anyone who has said positive things about this place or this doctor. When one has health concerns a doctor should not be rushing you. You should feel comforted and listened to and you should leave the office feeling a sense of relief. I had to INSIST that he address my concerns regarding my test results. He had a foot out of the door before I could finish my question. It was not busy. Their was no reason for his abropt and careless service. Be warned. Chose another clinic. My rating would be zero stars but to write a review I need to choose a star. STAY AWAY.

β β β β β I called to ask if my blood test results came in and I was given tons of attitude over the phone, not really sure why? When I called the woman out on her attitude she lost it on me, and said Im the one giving her attitude when all I had said to start was "hello can I please check if my test results are in?" Absolutely unprofessional, and she kept raising her voice at me even when I called her unprofessional. Somehow they didnt have any of my information in their computer. Something mental going on at this clinic, I will say the doctor I saw was a very nice sweet woman. I think its just the front desk people that have issues.

β β β β β Please donβt go here!!!! Worst clinic Iβve ever ever been to!!!! Dr tasneen gives 0 time to his patients. He is refusing to see his patients even if theyβre pregnant!! Is so impersonal and treats you like a number. Gives me no information about anything after my reports
Come in. Mohammed Zia at the front desk is so unprofessional and rude! Has no idea what heβs doing. I booked an appointment with him, he said he would call to confirm my appointment. He never called back and my appointment was never made!!! Then I asked him to transfer my files to another clinic waited 2 weeks and they still were not sent over. I called my new dr office and registered myself. I told him I need to see the doctor itβs an emergency and heβs like well thereβs no doctor in what do you want me to do? Just horrible service and staff! The only good doctorβs at this clinic are female.

The doctors treat you like a robot and have no interest in your care for you at all, always in a hurry to hush you away and very disrespectful.
Dr.Tasneem probably the most nefarious of them all.
You're better off going somewhere else, do not waste your time and health on them.

β β β β β This facility should be reported to CPSO. They rarely answer their phones. The voicemail will never accept messages. There is no clear message on the voicemail. We are now in November 2021 and they still don't accept patients in person. When you call for a consult. They will connect you with a doctor from other clinics. We were connected with a Dr. Akhtar in Mississauga. This doctor was supposed to make some referrals. We followed-up multiple times with the clinic with no answer and could not connect. Finally connected with the clinic almost 5 weeks post the initial contact with Dr. Akhtar. Was told to pickup the requisition from a clinic in Mississauga where this Dr. Akhtar works on regular basis. How would we know Dr. Akhtar works in Mississauga. Very unprofessionally run facility.

I showed up at 8:45 am and waited outside for a walk-in (opens at 9am).
The receptionist came in and opened the door at 9:15 am. Only after asking her when the doc would be in the office did she say 10:15 am. She gave no reason for this. I found it very disrespectful and left.

β β β β β No sense of timing, they give you an appointment at a certain time, then when you get there, they say its first come first serve
Then why do they bother even booking an appointment?
Even after booking you they treat you as a walk in patient
I saw several people coming after me taken in before me
When I said I was waiting for more than an hour after my appointed time, I have taken leave from my work place.
I was told, this is the way it is, you need to budget unlimited time, there is no actual appointment, itβs who ever shows up first gets in first!
