The only minor issue was that there was some dust on the driver side after the job was done which hadn't been cleaned. The staff were very polite and friendly.

After the install I noticed that my passenger side wiper was sitting about 4 inches higher then it should (I have heat pads for my wipers). I stopped by the next day to ask if they could fix it. They told me I was wrong, they hadn't touched my wipers and to not be "incy" (?). They took it back for 2 minutes, did nothing to it and returned it to me saying problem fixed. I stopped by my dealer right after as I needed my tires re-torqued. They confirmed that the wiper was wrong and fixed it in no time. It was such a trivial issue and an easy fix yet I was met with attitude and lies...over a wiper blade. I've never had an issue with them before in the years I've brought my vehicles to them. It's disappointing. How can I trust GlassMasters to handle a proper issue, if one were ever to arise, if they treat you this way over a wiper blade. Bonus marks, I called their manager to let them know what happened and he hung up on me. I guess this treatment is standard operating procedure for them.

I was able to get my car in same day and got it back within 2 hours of dropping it off, very impressed with the quick turnaround time. Employees were all super professional and I'll definitely be back next time I need the service. My only complaints are that there was still a fair bit of glass under the mats leftover from the cleaning and my battery got drained during the repair but they were happy to give me a boost.

He was very quick, professional and to the point. Exactly what I needed on a stressful morning. Thankfully they had the glass for my car and were able to book me in within a few hours. Andrew and the team at the front desk were very polite and honest about the timing of my appointment from the start. From the timeframe it would take to finish up with the people ahead of me and letting me know when the window was there so they could give me an accurate time frame. I was very happy with the work they did and communication during my appointment that I received. I would highly recommend giving them a call when you have any glass repair issues. If im ever in the situation again, I know I’ll be back.

When I returned to my car, there was splatters of black urethane glue on my steering wheel and on my seat. Azim managed to get it out of the seat but not the steering wheel. He apologized and said he would call me Monday morning when he spoke to the guys in the shop. I didn't receive a call Monday morning so I had to call them that afternoon and the person I spoke to didn't know about my issue but said I could bring it in anytime. I brought it in Thursday when I had the morning off and waited about 20 minutes for them to clean it up. It looks like my steering wheel was scrapped a bit to try and get the urethane off and because the material is textured, there is still a bit in the crevasses. I went to this shop because of the solid reviews and the partnership with AMA but based on this experience, I won't be returning. The pricing is the same as what I would have paid at the dealership and I've had windshields replaced there before with no issues. My windshield seems installed properly but I shouldn't have to deal with extra damages to my car or take more time out of my day to have it corrected because sloppy workmanship. I wonder if I had had a BMW or luxury vehicle if more care would have been taken or if I would have been dealt with the same way.

On my most recent visit I made a mistake and had booked the appointment a week later than I thought. Blake went above and beyond to not inconvenience me and got the work done timely on the day I dropped the vehicle off. Highly recommend this location for any auto glass replacement.

We looked for cheaper options and found GlassMasters Autoglass on the west side. We talked to the manager who was well mannered, respectful and professional towards us. He told us when the window was coming in, how long it would take, and made it so our car was worked on as soon as possible. The whole process went even shorter than the time he estimated because he got his most skilled guy working on the car. They charged us way less than 1/2 the cost of the dealership. When we got to the car the window was installed with care and the window looked brand new. I was expecting to go home to vacuum all the glass, but these guys cleaned it up for us. GlassMasters Autoglass ensures you're well taken care of and delivers high quality service. I refer my friends and colleagues and I will always come back to these guys (just hopefully not that soon lol)
