★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'echelle a cassé comme dans le commentaire ci-haut ou ci-bas. Arrêt de travail, côte cassée et dame qui dit que je ne sais pas me servir d'une échelle. Je voulais me faire remplacer l'échelle seulement pourtant. Le service est choquant et l'equipement dangereux. Il y a un autocollant sur l'echelle qui indique grade 1 Industriel mais elle n'est pas homologuée et equivaut à un grade résidentiel. Matière a poursuite selon moi.
The scale has broken as in the comment above or below. Work stoppage, broken rib and lady who says I don't know how to use a ladder. I wanted to have the ladder replaced only though. The service is shocking and the equipment dangerous. There is a sticker on the scale that indicates Industrial grade 1 but it is not approved and is equivalent to a residential grade. Matter has pursuit in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service après vente est exécrable. J'ai acheté une escabeau il y a plusieurs années et voulu changer le morceau du haut et était prêt à payer le prix. On m'a demandé de le commandé par BMR et j'ai demandé à deux de ces magasin pour me faire répondre que c'était trop compliqué pour eux et d'appeler directement le fabricant. Eh bien ! Ce fut pire. La conversation a dégénérer pour finir par me faire dire d'aller acheter ailleurs. Tout ça parce que je lui ai juste mentionné que le prix demandé était 5.00 de plus que le prix convenu à l'avance. Si elle m'avait poliment répondu cela ne m'aurait pas dérangé mais avec ce traitement je préfère mettre l'escabeau au vidange. J'ai inscrit une note de 1 sur 5 mais c'est parce que je ne pouvais pas inscrire zéro. À éviter à tout prix. N'achetez pas Glam.
The after sales service is terrible. I bought a stepladder several years ago and wanted to change the top piece and was ready to pay the price. I was asked to order it from BMR and I asked two of these stores to be told that it was too complicated for them and to call the manufacturer directly. Well ! It was worse. The conversation got out of hand to end up telling me to go buy somewhere else. All because I just told her that the asking price was 5.00 more than the price agreed in advance. If she had politely replied it would not have bothered me but with this treatment I prefer to put the stepladder to the drain. I scored 1 out of 5 but that's because I couldn't score zero. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy Glam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got badly injured on one of their products....Never saw anything like this...a real Joke of a company. This ladder was bought at RENO DEPOT. The ladder failed and now saying I don't know how to use a ladder ...Very rude Lady didn't want to exchange my ladder.
