Soit disent remises à neuf du véhicule au final à la fin du 3eme mois tout les voyant s'allume , véhicule vendu avec un pneu crevé et j'en passe ..... faite vérifier le véhicule par un autre garage au cas ou.... véhicule beaucoup trop chère pour ce qu'on a eu à faire dessus ( "remis à neuf par giroux ")
French seller to avoid! Either say refurbishment of the vehicle in the end at the end of the 3rd month all the warning lights come on, vehicle sold with a flat tire and so on ..... have the vehicle checked by another garage in case. ... vehicle much too expensive for what we had to do on it ("refurbished by giroux")

Suite à ma première visite qui était pour arranger un TPMS et changer un link kit (qui n’était pas en inventaire) j’ai été charger 105$ pour trouver le problème quand j’avais pourtant déjà informer sur quel pneu le TPMS était manquant. Au paiement de la facture on me demande si je veux payer à l’avance pour le link kit et le temps pour le changer, chose que j’ai faite et que je n’aurais pas dû !
2ieme visite, pour changer le link kit, (dont la pièce n’était pas disponible)j’ai dû attendre 2 mois pour que ce sois en inventaire et appeler à plusieurs reprise parce que personne m’informais si la pièce était arriver. Ma conjointe a dû y aller pour moi puisque je travaillais…ils ont charger en double pour le link kit et le temps. Je me présente au concessionnaire pour régler la différence $$…on me donne un crédit de 160$ au total
3ieme visite pour faire un changement d’huile. On m’appel la veille pour confirmer le rendez vous et me demander si je laisse mon jeep au concessionnaire ou si j’attends. J’informe que ma conjointe va attendre. La madame déplace mon rendez vous à 10:15 en me disant que ma conjointe allais passer la première et que ça durerais 30 minutes…ma conjointe est sortie 2h10 plus tard en plus d’une facture de 160$ pour un changement d’huile dont le montant concorde exactement avec le surplus que j’avais déjà payer !!!
Je suis nouveau dans la région et honnêtement, je n’ai jamais eu de service aussi pourris dans ma vie.
Si quelqu’un connais un bon concessionnaire dans la région qui respecte ses clients, je suis toute ouï.
Bad service plus a $ 160 bill for an oil change.
Following my first visit which was to arrange a TPMS and change a link kit (which was not in stock) I was charged $ 105 to find the problem when I had already informed on which tire the TPMS was missing . When paying the bill I am asked if I want to prepay for the link kit and the time to change it, something I did and shouldn't have!
2nd visit, to change the link kit, (the part of which was not available) I had to wait 2 months for it to be in stock and call several times because no one was informing me if the part had arrived. My wife must have gone for me since I was working… they double loaded for the link kit and time. I go to the dealership to pay the difference $$… I am given a total credit of $ 160
3rd visit to change the oil. They call me the day before to confirm the appointment and ask if I will leave my jeep at the dealership or if I will wait. I inform that my wife will wait. The lady moved my meeting to 10:15, telling me that my wife was going to take the first one and that it would last 30 minutes ... my wife left 2h10 later in addition to a bill of $ 160 for an oil change which the amount matches exactly the surplus I had already paid !!!
I’m new to the area and honestly I’ve never had such bad service in my life.
If anyone know of a good dealership in the area who respects their customers, I'm all ears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comparée de 3 autre concessionaires JEEP J’ai fait à faire avec ( achat véhicule neuf et usager ) cel ci es la meilleure place je ne dit pas que c’est parfait mais, bcp mieux que d’autre concessionaire. Il on acheter mon Jeep citron que j'avais acheter d’un autre concessionnaire jeep qu’il n’arrêtais pas me niaiser avec, il on aussi essayée de le réparer malheureusement le Problème fessais que revenir c’est un défaut fabrication alors jai fini par m’acheter un Ram neuf avec eux et J’apprécie énormément!!
Compared with 3 other JEEP dealers I have done with (purchase of new and used vehicle) this is the best place, I'm not saying it's perfect but, a lot better than other dealers. He bought my lemon Jeep that I had bought from another jeep dealer that he kept fooling me with, he also tried to repair it unfortunately the Problem was trying to come back it was a manufacturing defect so I finished by buying me a new Ram with them and I really appreciate it!!
