I was looking for a new mortgage broker, one who could actually answer my slightly more complicated mortgage questions and needs. I had a list of options on how to remortgage my properties and I was very happy to see that Gino was able to understand my needs and provide amazing advise. For one of my properties I was amazed when Gino advised me that the best option for me was to go with a bank and not the brokerage where he would make money. Thats the kind of broker that works for you, definitely not the service i got at my big "independent broker". Where Gino really impressed me beyond any customer service experience i have ever had (no exaggeration) was my recent refinance right at the onset of the pandemic. Gino, provided the most responsive service during the toughest times, offices were closing down, meetings were being banned, and services were being cancelled. All through this he was able to remain in contact, push for my scheduled appointments for assessments and legal meetings. Due to the Virus restrictions the mortgage company and legal company was delayed, which in my case cost me in extra interest every payment. Gino, was on the phone or emailing them none stop and in the end was in direct contact with the legal firms director and though they were not able to speed up the process, he had them agree to cover the costs I was incurring. What impressed me was the polite but persistant way he worked for me and his out of the box thinking to get money out of them and back in my pocket. I know that he didnt get paid a tenth of what he worked for and all through this process it was clear he was not doing in it for the money, he was doing it for the service that he provided. This is the broker I recommend to everyone and I know they are getting the best service possible!

Gino was always ready/available basically 24/7 and ready with information about our mortgage and the steps we needed to take to get the go ahead. We closed on a house in less than a month, truly a back breaking deadline, and had all of the paperwork ready and signed in just about two weeks flat. Id also love to credit our interest rate and a little to pay for this whole endeavour based off his willingness to gotobat for us when our jobs may have seemed not exactly government levels of stability. And finally as an anecdote to show his hard work this man walked me through the subletting process at 7 pm on a Saturday over the sounds of a downtown bus because he was happy to help make it go smoothly. The sublet is even for our old apartment not our new home so truly out of his own commitment to help. Thank you Gino couldn't have done it without you!
