As first home buyers, we were quite lost and confused in the process, but Alexia put us at ease right away. Our situation wasn't straightforward and she always went above and beyond to help us find the best options and solutions. She is very patient, knowledgeable and competent. She always answers her emails and returns her phone calls promptly. She is on top of things and takes excellent care of her clients. Her colleague Christine is also fantastic. I am very happy that we found her and hope to work with her again when we renew our mortgage in 5 years !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really cannot say enough good things about Alexia, firstly she got me a killer interest rate from an A rated lender, she did this despite my thin credit file.
Regardless of my limited budget (in this crazy market) she treated me like a "big fish" from start to finish. In the whole process of purchasing my home she was by far the best person I had dealt with (this is not a knock on the realtors and lawyers).
It was my first home purchase and she held my hand through the entire process which is what I needed, I never felt confused or intimidated by the process.
Really an A+ broker and an A+ person.
