A	Alia Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered from here countless times and they continue to make mistakes and mess up my order. I ordered chicken wings and the lady on the phone told me the price. Then when the delivery person came they told me a completely different price then what she told me and tried to charge me an absurd amount of money for my wings. When we called to inquire about this, she pretended that she didn’t know and just “made a mistake” in charging me so much money, she didn’t even apologize. We were told we would get our money owed on a voucher to use for another order but they never called back. We’ve given so many chances to this location, but we will not be ordering anymore. Terrible customer service.

Had to sit outside until a fresh one was made. They gave me a $10 discount as a balm for the ulcer they gave me, I was starving by the end!

I was refunded through skip the dishes. Use to go here all the time, I enjoy their pizza. After tonight, I doubt I will again.
J	Jacob Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are too high for the quality to be a hit or miss 50% of the time. I live around the block and I used to prefer this pizza spot over others. Be sure to call ahead of time and order, as they only allow 2 people near the entrance at a time. However, this does not apply to the delivery drivers or employees on break.

I ordered a medium pizza and had specifically asked for it to be baked well done... well it came soggy and disgusting. My salad was wet (the lettuce) so i had to toss that out, since it wasn't edible... and the fries were soggy, as well. Why are you selling mediocre quality to paying customers? This is unacceptable. I had to trash my entire order because of the disgusting state of the food. I deserve a refund.
J	Joshua 47 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I got an order that wasn’t even mine. Called them back. Waited 10 minutes for them to bring me my order & by the time they did it was cold. Whatever, not to big of a deal. My pizza doesn’t need to be burning hot. I took a closer look at my pizza & there was sausage & bacon in it. I can’t & won’t eat pork. They gave me dipping sauce I didn’t ask for & gave me a Diet Pepsi as a pop. I call the store to tell them the issue & they tell me to call back 2 & a half hours later (when the manager is suppose to arrive) to discuss the situation. I’ve got a kid wondering when we can eat. This was suppose to be a pizza night but it ended up being disastrous. I say 2 & a half hours is way to long, I would like to resolve everything ASAP. They ask me to drive to the store to show them the pizza & get compensation. Whatever. I paid for delivery but sure, I’ll do that. Another half an hour wait time for them to make the new pizza & I’m ready to go. TLDR; wrong order, then a wrong order again, then they asked me to drive to the store (after paying for delivery) to get the right pizza, Will never order from Gino’s again.
N	Nirmal Jacob Varghese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a small little pizza place. The Pizza’s are not bad but i have noticed that the employees dont wear a hair net. They also recently increased the price on most pizza’s but that’s understandable with the rising cost but considering chicken as 2 toppings is something that put me off. Overall, a decent pizza place for ur pizza needs.
