β β β β β This is our third time using Gina Ceci. it tells a story, I am very satisfied with their prompt service.
The clerk that our file was assigned to is Karen Gobin. About a month before closing, Karen and I were in contact with one another, ensuring that all documentations and other requirements would be terminated at least two days before the builder releases the keys.
I have to mention that not only did Karen handle my requests in a polite manner, but also demonstrate professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and best of all very punctual and follow up with me to ensure that she delivers customer satisfaction.
With this in mind, I have no regrets recommending Gina's Law Firm in closing one's house deal.
Congratulations and keep up the good work Karen. Will talk again on my next closing in a few months.

β β β β β The clerks, Laurie Taylor and Jennifer Edward, at Ceci Gina realty legal services are a pleasure to work with. They demonstrated professionalism and a degree of competence, along with very pleasant personality, that made my closing experience pleasurable. Jennifer displayed a grasp of realty law which a number of solicitors in the Brampton/Mississauga area should take a lesson from.
Ceci Gina legal services provided great value for a closing transaction, charging about half the fee of other realty law services in Brampton and Mississauga. They displayed superior knowledge relative to other law services, such as Randall A. Longfield Professional Corp. My case was a bit more complex than the normal residential closing, due to the fact that I reside in the USA and was the Executor for my parents estate. Other law services believed that my non-residency required Tax Certificate of Compliance processing, which would result in 25% of the sale prices being withheld for tax purposes. These other legal services (yes I interviewed more than one) were not competent enough to digest the purpose of the Compliance law.
