Communication is excellent, special requests are accommodated happily and the basket contents are of the highest quality and locally sourced. Delivery is always when promised! I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such good customer service in my whole life (50+ years on this planet!) as I did when GiGi's created a gift basket for an ailing friend. They went over and above to source out what was needed, and even refunded some money to me for the exorbitant delivery charge which I was prepared to pay given the price of gas and the remote location of the delivery. The recipients of the gift cried with joy when they received it. All in all, an incredible experience that I am very grateful for!

Georgia was very prompt with her reply and very helpful throughout the whole process. She created a beautiful little gift box that my partner loved. Amazing service, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GiGi's is amazing. They went out of their way to find a wayward delivery. Not their fault, just a neighbor forgetting to tell me the package had arrived.
The gift, sent by my son in California, was extraordinary. Filled with some amazing items that I would likely not buy for myself.
I was impressed by the service and products and will most definately use them when I need to send a gift box to someone. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered over the years several baskets at Christmas ... and all of my friends are delighted to receive their amazing gifts. Some home made - some local and the dog treats are always a big hit. Not everyone does that. Recently my friend said it's so NICE I don't want to open it up. I just want to enjoy looking at it for now. Thanks for the variety and excellent service. And they even send you a pic when it's delivered and I Love that special touch.
