Owner is SO unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Purolator NEEDS to find a new pick-up location. We went to the store to pick up our Purolator package, owner said it's not there even though it's in her system. The store is SO unorganized no wonder she can't find anything. She told us she doesn't have time to find our package and said to come back another time... I called later that evening, she still couldn't find it, said she'll call me back later that night. Did she? No. I called back 2 days later and she STILL couldn't find it. She told me to track it online which I did and it said it is at her store! And when I tried to ask questions she cut me off and spoke over me, so I couldn't get a word in. She has no phone etiquette at all. My boyfriend also called later that day inquiring about the package and she told him I've been calling her already and that I'M SNOTTY. Wow. How unprofessional is it to insult your customers... this woman has NO respect. She hung up on my boyfriend, screened his calls after he tried to call her back, and only answered the phone when he used a different phone to call her. And then said she STILL couldn't find the package. Finally I got a call from her saying she found the package because "the tracking number was wrong"... which is a lie and an excuse because when I told her the tracking number 3 days ago she repeated it to me correctly, and also mentioned the correct last 4 digits while I was on the phone with her earlier that day. And each time I tracked it online it said it was at her store! If the tracking number was wrong it wouldn't show up as available for pick up... So she makes up lies and excuses to try to cover her own mistakes, instead of owning up to them and being honest with her customers. I CANNOT believe this woman is still employed by Purolator as a pick up location. She is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, inappropriate and her customer service is atrocious. I have complained to Purolator extensively and urged them to read ALL the horrible google reviews, and hope they bring their business elsewhere. Because this woman is ruining the Purolator experience, and damaging her own business' reputation in the process.

Unsure why I have to pick up packages here. The store is dark, dusty, the person who works there is unhelpful. The hours of operation are the absolute worst If I wasn't available to pick up a package during the day, what makes you think I'd be available between 11 am & 4 pm? The whole operation makes no sense. 1 star for the dogs.

Went there to go pick up a lost Purolator item and the store was a mess. I didn't get a hi or anything from any of the staff. I only hope that purolator never drops off my parcel there again. Also they didn't even id me or ask me my name, I was able to grab the parcel myself, she scanned it and said your good to go.

Outstanding business that specializes in horse feed and health, great quality horseware, footware, jewellery and western clothing for people. This is a family owned family orientated business. The owner has high integrity for her customers, the Community and the Veterans Food Bank. She has been in business for 15 years. It was an honor meeting her. Highly recommend this place ?

This is more a review for purolator... I picked up my package here and its litterally been run over by a vehicle... not only is the box and its contents destroyed but you can see the tire Mark's on the freaking box..... not impressed in any way! These were very expensive hiking shoes, the stability of these shoes is very important.... Purolator and sport check will also be getting emailed regarding this

Visited this store accidentally yesterday ,☺️ but this is a store I saw first time of its kind . You can get the items and the things which you cannot get from any store if you will try to find .... Must visit once if you want to decorate your house in a unique way ....

If you drop off a package for a courier MAKE SURE you watch her scan them. I dropped off two packages at the same time and only one was scanned. I didn't wait to see her scan them as I trusted her. Only one package was refunded and the other one has disappeared. I went back to see if we could find it and she kept saying it's not here, talking/helping other customers and didn't seem too interested. I will never bring my packages there again. I'll go to the UPS store where I can trust them.
