Giant Oil Tools delivers high-quality downhole completion tools helping our worldwide customers to maximize the value of completions solutions. Since its inception in 2010, Giant has been rapidly growing by expanding the customer base as well as introducing new offerings to the market. Leveraging the cost-effective manufacturing and rapid engineering for the customized designs allows Giant to successfully compete globally addressing new industry challenges. Started as a small business, Giant is now proud of reaching an impressive milestone of 300,000 tools supplied to the industry. To complement the strong offering of the downhole tools, Giant also provides in-house coating service. Wide portfolio of coatings is available to protect the equipment from corrosion and erosion thus maximizing the lifespan of the tools.

Giant keeps a large inventory of standard flow control tools and completion packers in stock, enabling quick delivery anywhere in the world. Giant also prides itself on being able to manufacture and ship custom orders in 3-4 weeks.

Giant’s tools are 100% made in North America, ensuring high quality and traceability, full certification including Mill Test Reports (MTR’s), Certificate of Conformance, Certificate of Origin, Function Test and Pressure Test Results are available free of charge upon request for each order and are kept on file and available on request at any time in the future.

Giant can manufacture and supply tools from a variety of premium materials: Chrome (9Cr 1Mo L-80, 13 Cr, 25Cr, Alloy 28), Nickel alloys (718, 825, 925, etc), K-500 Monel, 17-4 PH, and 316SS. Full range of premium thread connections from Tenaris, Vallourec (VAM) and Hunting is available upon request. Giant offers a broad selection of special elastomers (AFLAS, Viton, HSN, etc.) along with non-elastomeric seal stacks for improved sealing solutions.
